Background in journalism and photography. Started out as a journalist for Newspapers switched to Photography worked for New Zealand newspapers, and later joined the advertising world. Photographs and articles have been published in newspapers and magazines around the planet.

Spent 15 years as Asia Area Director for Compassion International. Traveedl throughout Europe, Asia, USA, UK, Middle and South America.

Had the privelege of meeting Mother Teresa and spending the day at one of her centres for the dying. VERY moving.

In between cooking, drinking, blogging hanging out with friends or listening to music I'm either sketching or working on a couple of books which may or may not ever get finished.

One is "In Search of the Lost Chord". Its a childrens story for adults a quadriligy in seven parts. Part one is currently on Kindle at Amazon.

Of cource theres also the famous "Margarets Christ Beach Party Book" which is available here to download FREE as a high res PDF which you may print out. The other is a little more serious - it's about food, wine and music, my great passion in life.
